2009 Hyundai Azera – noise at certain engine speeds

Dear Doctor: I love our 2009 Hyundai Azera, but there is a repetitive noise and feel when riding in the car. It’s not all of the time, but is most of the time. It lessens at slower speeds, but is more noticeable. At higher speeds on the highway, we don’t seem to hear it or feel it. When coasting and slowing down it is more noticeable. Do you have any advice? Jack
Dear Jack: We need to determine what the noise is and where it is coming from. We use a tool called the Chassis Ear to locate noises. A loose serpentine belt, engine mount, heat shield can all contribute to making noise at a certain engine speeds. — Junior Damato
